Writing a Letter of Complaint

Beskrivelse: 

Hvordan man skriver og svarer på en formell skriftlig klage på en tjeneste eller produkt.

Students work in pairs: Student A and B.

  1. Agree on two cases, e.g. one case could be complaining about bad service and the other could be complaining about a product.
  2. Case 1: student A makes a complaint and student B responds. Case 2: student B complains and student A responds.
  3. What vocabulary and phrases do you need?
  4. After discussing it orally both students will write their letter of complaint and then give it to the other student, who will write and answer on behalf of their company.
