    The assignment is an interdisciplinary project.

    The main focus is on getting some knowledge about Native American cuisine, making a typical dish and presenting it afterwards.

    Students practise and improve reading, writing, speaking, numeracy and ICT (Information and communications Technology) skills.

  5. In Sickness and Health. Vocational education programme: Health and social care

    Students choose a disease they want to present. Afterwards, they collect information, interview people ( e.g. patients, friends or family)

    Next, they make a short film or PowerPoint-presentation.

    During this activity students practise reading, speaking, writing as well as numerical and digital skills.

    Eventually, the final product is presented in class.

    Each person can self-evaluate himself/herself but it is possible to ask peers to evaluate each other too.

  6. The Secret Life of Art: art periods, interdisciplinary project in Design and Crafts

    Students have to collect and record information about different art periods; thus, they practise basic skills such as reading and writing. Working with different sources -primary and secondary- is imperative for the project. Each group makes one piece of clothing or collage to represent the art period (vocational education class)
