I dette opplegget øver elevene engelske fraser brukt i kundebehandling gjennom å lage en case som utvikles til et rollespill. Dette skal spilles i klassen. Oplegget ivaretar også utvikling av skriftlige ferdigheter ved at elevene skal lære å skrive en rapport basert på det som hendte i rollespillet.
